Ramon V Albareda holds a degree in Psychology and Theology. He is a sexologist. Master's Quantum in the Quantum Biofeedback and Quantum Bioresonance systems QXCI-SCIO, by The Applied Biophysics Foundation and guaranteed by William Nelson -the systms creator-

Ramon is the founder and director of Estel, Center of Personal Growth and School of Integral Studies, Barcelona (Spain). Founder, director, and teacher of the Estel's School, and creator of the approach called Integral Holism and the work called Holistic Sexuality or Holistic Integration, which constitute the teoretical and practical aspects of a new integral paradigm to psycho-spiritual growth, healing, and knowledge.

Having done research into human growth since 1967, Ramon founded Estel in 1976, where he has worked as psychologist and therapist for more than 35 years. He was the organizer and the main coordinator of a number of encounters in transpersonal and transcendent sexuality from 1987 to 1991. Since 1976 he has taught courses, workshops, and intensive retreats in differents parts of Spain, and since 2002 in other European countries (Finland, Israel).

In the United States and since 2000, he offers lectures and courses in collaboration with the East-West Psychology Program at the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS), San Francisco (California). Since 2001 he collaborates at the Esalen Institute, Big Sur (California), and he offers intensive retreats in other places of California. He is a member of The Forge Guild of Trans-traditional Spiritual Leaders and Teachers, since 2002.

Besides his professional practice, he devotes great part of his time to an experiential inquiry aimed at the development and deepening of the previously mentioned integral paradigm.

Ramon is the author of the book, Nacidos de la Tierra: Sexualidad Origen del Ser Humano, as well as of the article "Sexualidad transpersonal y trascendente", published in the anthology, La Consciencia Transpersonal. Author of various articles on psycho-spiritual and integral development, transpersonal sexuality, and humain evolution, he is regularly invited to participate in radio and TV programs of general human interest. She works as a therapist and she leads Holistic Sexuality courses since 1988. Coordination in California (USA)

Jorge N Ferrer, Ph.D. holds a degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Barcelona (Spain), and a Ph.D. in East-West Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS), San Francisco (California). He works as Assistant Professor and core faculty of the East-West Psychology Program at CIIS.

He lives in California (US) since 1993 and he teaches as Adjunt Professor at the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology, Palo Alto (California). Jorge was a member of the Commitee of the Buddhist Peace Fellowship's BASE Program (Buddhist Alliance for Social Engagement) He is currently a member of the research group on Transformative Practices at the Esalen Center for Theory and Research, Big Sur (California), and is member of The Forge Guild of Trans-traditional Spiritual Leadres and Teachers, US.

Formerly a fellow of "La Caixa" Foundation, a research fellow of the Catalonian Council, and an ERASMUS scholar at the University of Wales (United Kingdom), he is the author of several articles and book-chapters on traspersonal studies and of the book, Revisioning Transpersonal Theory: A Participatory Vision of Human Spirituality. He is also the Editor of a monographic issue of ReVision: The Journal of Consciousness and Transformation on "New Horizons in Contemporary Spirituality".

Jorge is the main collaborator in the presentation of Integral Holism and Holistic Sexuality in California. He is a teacher at the Estel's School of Integral Studies, Barcelona (Spain). Founding Partner and Advisor of Estela, Association for the Integral Development of the Persons.
