GATH : Self-managed Group of Holistic Transformation
The GATH project is one of our dreams, it is where we want to walk, it is to build another world, another way of relating, another attitude of doing things. After many years of working on this holistic approach, of tasting it, integrating and applying it to our daily life, we feel the vital force that drives us to continue growing, experiencing and developing a new way of living individually and socially.
We are a group of people convinced that life and social relationships can be otherwise. We are not convinced by the criticism and the complaint that does not provide alternatives. The GATH project aims to be a third way based on experience and aims to move forward in a participatory and cooperative way of collective and social organization. We can affirm that all of us who are part of it are very happy with the evolution achieved during the three years of filming. “In our meetings we breathe a climate of freedom, respect, cooperation, trust and unconditional love; We all feel part of a great family, “says one of the participants. We are open to welcoming new people who feel affinity and harmony with the project. Sharing with new people we live as an opportunity to grow and enrich each other.
Who may attend
All people, of any age, sex, or religion who have had some type of experience related to Holistic Transformation and that motivate them to practice an attitude of openness to life, both in the individual and in the social aspect. Individuals, couples and families with children are welcome.
How it works
We meet for a weekend in each season of the year. The meetings are held in La Collita, Rural Tourism house, located in the countryside, in the region of La Segarra, next to the Solsonés. www.lacollita.com This house has simple and comfortable facilities, and spaces especially suitable for group meetings.
We work in a self-managed way Our base is the work of Holistic Transformation that we have carried out a large number of group members. This holistic approach to the human being is carried out through experiential practices.
We currently combine this approach and the experiential practices, with the contribution and complementation of playful activities, which can be suggested by the members of the group. We propose the challenge of managing this project in a participatory and cooperative way -not pyramidal-. Taking into account that it is a very innovative project and about which we know few social referents, we are clear that we are immersed in a process of co-creation.
